Andrea Fuller owner and operator of Guidedog Computer Services is a Microsoft Certified Systems Analyst and System Engineer trained at Royal Roads University in Victoria, who has been working magic on computer systems for the past 10 years. Supporting large networks with industry-specific software was a favorite, especially when it came to corporate training.
After a move to the Comox Valley three years ago, Andrea continued to explore options in the local computer service field, but when starting her own business this year, decided to go with her own favorite aspect of computer magic – sharing knowledge and experience.
Personal experience with training on computers as a “mature adult learner” has given Andrea a unique perspective on how to make technology understandable.
